Inspired by tradition, our heirloom pumpkin seeds — the only Australian-grown variety, cultivated in the Ovens Valley, VIC — are soaked in a natural salt brine, then roasted for crunch and umami depth. High in protein, zinc and magnesium, they’re a nourishing alternative to chips or crisps. Enjoy as a stand-alone snack or pair with our roasted pumpkin seeds in salads for extra flavour and crunch. Roasted in small batches in our Ovens facility.
Please note: To suit the larger size, our 5kg packs are supplied in a food-grade bulk bag, securely knotted at the top, rather than our heat-sealed retail foil packaging.
How are salt-brined pumpkin seeds different from pepitas?
They’re made from the only Australian-grown heirloom pumpkin seeds, not imported pepitas.
