Shipping policy

Delivery Area
We currently ship Australia-wide only.
At this time, we’re unable to offer international delivery.
Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During busy periods or seasonal promotions, dispatch times may extend slightly.
If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email or phone.
Delivery Methods
We primarily use Aramex Couriers for direct-to-door deliveries.
Orders addressed to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or rural locations outside Aramex’s service area are sent via Australia Post.
If you prefer to have your order sent via Australia Post because it’s more reliable or effective for your location, simply leave a note in the comments at checkout and we’ll action that for you.
While we always do our best to get your order to you quickly, please note that we ship from regional Victoria, so overnight or express delivery cannot be guaranteed (no matter how nicely you ask!).
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate: $15 anywhere in Australia.
- Free shipping: on all orders over $100.
Pickup is available from our Farm Shop in Ovens, VIC by prior arrangement.
Chocolate & Warm-Weather Shipping
Chocolate is a little sensitive to our Aussie climate. We take every care when packing to minimise melting — including insulated packaging during warmer months — but heat can sometimes affect the texture during transit.
If your chocolate products arrive melted or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@pepofarms.au with:
- a photo of the affected item, and
- your order number or proof of purchase.
We’ll assess your claim and replace or refund the product where appropriate.
This helps us follow up with our courier for compensation and continually improve our packaging process.
Slight softening that can be resolved by refrigeration doesn’t usually require replacement, but we’ll always handle each situation fairly.
If your chocolate has softened, simply flatten the packet and refrigerate — it’s still perfectly safe (and delicious) to enjoy.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- VIC / NSW / SA / ACT: 2–5 business days
- QLD / TAS: 3–7 business days
- WA / NT / remote areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that these are estimates only — delivery times may vary depending on courier networks and regional factors.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first.
If you still need help, contact us at orders@pepofarms.au with your order number, and we’ll investigate promptly with our courier partner.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once your parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, Pepo Farms cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, we’ll assist you in lodging a claim with the courier and provide all necessary details to support your inquiry.
