In Australia’s first artisan oil mill, we press oils the traditional way —slow, chemical-free, and full of flavour. Every drop captures the true character of the seed or nut. Nothing goes to waste: the remaining press cake is stone-milled into naturally gluten free, protein-rich flours. Oils and flours, crafted with care, proving food can be both indulgent and sustainable.

From small-batch roasting to slow chocolate panning, we let real ingredients shine. Seeds and nuts are roasted, brined, or spiced for bold crunch, while others are layered in smooth couverture chocolate until perfectly coated.
