Crafted from whole raspberries in Stanley, near Beechworth, using the Brittany method. Raw, unfiltered and probiotic-rich, it supports gut health, digestion, and metabolic balance. With a fragrant sweet-tart flavour, it’s excellent in vinaigrettes, mixed into sparkling water as a digestive tonic, or used as a secret ingredient in dressings.
