Handcrafted in Stanley near Beechworth using the traditional Brittany method, this vinegar has a generous fruit character with enough acidity to keep dishes fresh and balanced. It is a beautiful match for roasted vegetables, leafy salads, rich cheeses and anything that benefits from a touch of fruity-tart depth.

Pair with Pepo Farms Hazelnut Oil or Pecan Oil for a standout dressing, use to glaze carrots or pumpkin, splash into pan sauces, or serve alongside cheeses, walnuts and charcuterie. It also makes a lovely shrub with sparkling water, citrus and a little honey or maple.
