Pressed from pecans grown in Northern NSW’s subtropical climate, our pecan oil has a buttery texture, maple-like sweetness and subtle coffee aroma. Cold-pressed in Ovens, VIC, it’s rich in antioxidants and plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, which may support cardiovascular and cognitive health. Perfect in dressings, marinades, or drizzled over baked goods. Complements our pecan flour for a nutrient-rich, flavour-forward alternative to imported pecan products.
