Locally grown saffron from our friend Gamila at Beechworth. The Saffron extract is a seasoning for all sorts of dishes. The key flavour, aroma & colour compounds in saffron can degrade quickly. The extract form locks in the potency of these compounds into a  ready to use form for all your cooking needs. Add a few drops to caramalizing onions, infuse into oil for crunchy roast potatoes, or add to a spiced rice pilaf!
