Spicy dipping sauce for dumplings & spring rolls

This recipe is adapted from from local chef superstars & chilli wranglers Edible Alchemy's recipe blog. Sometimes we all need a break from cooking so putting a on pot of pre-made dumplings or roasting a batch of spring rolls is an easy option especially if you have a crowd over to watch the footy or for a party. This simple to whip-together dipping sauce is absolutely banging! This combination hits all the flavour notes you want in a ripping dumpling dipping sauce: salty, spicy, tangy with subtle sweetness and heavy on the umami... Bring it on!

Dumpling Sauce

3 tbsp rice vinegar

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 tsp Pumpkin seed oil

3 tsp Edible Alchemy - Habanero Hot Sauce of your choice

1 1/2 tsp minced ginger

3 cloves minced garlic

1 1/2 tsp sugar

Squeeze of lime
