Sunflour

Grown by farmers in the Riverina region of NSW, our sunflower seeds are cold-pressed for oil before being finely milled into a soft, creamy flour. Naturally gluten-free and high in protein, magnesium, and selenium, this flour has a gentle flavour that works beautifully in both sweet and savoury cooking. Add it to muffins, pancakes, or veggie patties for a wholesome boost. Milled in our artisan facility in Ovens, VIC, it reflects our closed-loop philosophy—maximising flavour, nutrition, and sustainability.
